**In the interest of full transparency to our community, we are not able to commit our usual deli quality standards for these meals while still keeping the price at $3. We've chosen to emphasize accessibility through the price point and menu while keeping it made from scratch with as many whole foods as possible. While local/organic ingredients are our primary emphasis in regular deli business, we aren't able to keep those standards fully for these Thursday meals, although we will as often as we can. These meals are part of our not-for-profit initiatives to build community around our Cooperative and around food with as few barriers to the experience as possible.**

Deli Catering

We offer a great selection of platters for your entertaining or event needs. All items are packaged in plastic recyclable covered containers that can be served as is or transferred to your own platters for presentation. Platters are always finished with garnish and arranged beautifully for presentation. At this time our catered platters are pick up only. We are not able to deliver or offer full service catering at this time.

Please ensure all orders are submitted at least 72 hours in advance - and 7 days for parties of 50 or more - to allow us to order adequately. Please view our catering menus: HERE for our deli catered offerings and HERE for our bakery catered offerings. Then email us with your order HERE  or call us at 509-458-2667. We also have order forms available at the deli counter of the store. We do require that catered orders are paid 48 hours in advance of pickup. We are happy to arrange payment with you over the phone or in-store.
